The information below is taken from the public forum presented by Symphony Development. These are elevations for the buildings that will house the project's 78 residential units. Some are residential only and others are residential over commercial. The tallest are three stories and 35 feet high, except Building D which is 5 stories. See below.
The view for northbound traffic on Kanan Road will be of the rear of Building D. Drivers and passengers will actually see a FIVE STORY building; two visable subterranean parking stories and three, above-ground, residential stories,
