Steve Hess and PRISMM vs The City of Agoura Hills

We arrived at the courthouse today buoyed by the encouragement of PRISMM supporters—and an eventful day followed.

The judge was engaged throughout the hearing, asking thoughtful questions and working to understand the complex issues at the heart of our case.

Our attorneys, Sabrina Venskus and Emilee Moeller, presented a thorough and compelling case. Ms. Venskus skillfully challenged opposing counsel’s arguments and interpretations of case law. The exchanges were civil but spirited, and we were grateful for our attorneys’ preparation and strong advocacy.

The court will now consider the arguments and issue its ruling. We will share the decision with you as soon as we receive it.
