How the AVE rooftop Image was created
The image below has been the subject of some dispute. Some of the rooftops of the upcoming AVE development will reach 45 feet along Agoura Road. The image below shows what a height of 40 feet be along that particular stretch of roadway, just east of the intersection of Kanan and Agoura Road.
PRISMM member Mike George is holding a 10 foot pole that was carefully tripled to depict a height of 40 feet. The rooftops of the AVE development on this part of Agoura Road would actually reach 45 feet. In the close-up photo below, the triplication of the 10 foot pole can be very clearly visualized.
